    By signing this letter you understand and accept the following terms and agree
    that you will abide by them. If there are any problems please tell one of the
    team member’s (Frank Tan, Olivia Cole, Narishma Poonwasie and Eoin Brogan)
    as soon as possible.

    Terms and Conditions

    1. You agree to filming on the agreed dates and times discussed with the
    group, which are currently set for:

    3. You should arrive punctually and ready to start filming
    4. You should bring the required costume for your character to every shoot
    5. You should be professional on set and not waste time
    6. If there are any problems that arise which affect your ability to
    attend/perform on the shoots, then make at least one team member
    aware as soon as possible.
    7. If you are in doubt about something or have misunderstood something
    get in touch with one of the team member’s

    In return we will ensure that we start and finish each shoot on time and that
    you are given breaks. We will try our best to warn you about possible shooting
    times and dates as early as possible and to only film on weekday lunches
    and/or after school. To help us make sure that there aren’t clashes please list
    below the days and times that are impossible for you to get out of.

    We really appreciate your help and cooperation with our AS coursework. Thank
    you very much. At the end of the project we will try to make sure that you get
    to see your hard work. 
