Reference to your application for the post of……………. and subsequent interview. We welcome you
to our organisation and we are pleased to appoint you as …………….and this appointment shall take
effect from.

1. Your monthly remuneration will be Basic: Rs. 3,750/-, H.R.A.: Rs. 1,875/-, Conveyance
Allow.: Rs. 1,125/- and Medical Allow: Rs. 750 /- per month other allowances and benefits like
Provident Fund, E.S.I., Bonus, Gratuity, Leave Encashment etc. If any would be admissible to you
as per rules of the company from time to time.

2. (A) You will be on probation for a period of Three months and this period of probation is liable to
be further extended at the discretion of the management by further Three months however the
maximum period of probation would be Six months. However your service after the period of
probation, would be confirmed vide an express confirmation letter.

(B) During the probationary period your services will be terminated without any notice and
without assigning any reason.

(C) After confirmation of your job if so desired necessary, the appointment can be terminated on a
month’s notice by either party or by paying one month’s salary.

3. Your absence for a continuous period of 8 days (including absence when leave through applied for,
is not granted or when you overstay for more than 8 days) would entail automatic loss of your lien
on the job without any notice or intimation by the management.

4. During your employment with the company you will be liable to be transferred to any of the offices
/ divisions / departments / units or sister concern of the company whether existing or to be set up in
future, whether in the same town or any other town/ city or anywhere in India or abroad without
any change in the terms and conditions of the employment at the sole discretion of the
management.

5. During your employment with the company, you will be governed by the rules and regulations of
the company in force or as introduced or amended from time to time.

6. During your services with us, you will not indulge, communicate or pass on any information in any
form related to any aspect of the company to anyone not employed by the company. Indulgence in
such activity shall tantamount to major misconduct entailing termination/ dismissal from service.
You will not divulge or communicate in any manner, any information regarding your remuneration/
terms of employment to any other employee of the company except your immediate superior.

7. You are required to deal with company’s money, material and documents with utmost honesty and
professional ethics. Violation of this practice shall be punishable with termination/ dismissal or
service.

8. You are required to maintain yourself in a state of medical / physical / mental fitness and ensure
annual medical checkups. Any neglect on your part in this regard may render you medically unfit
Which in turn would render your services liable for termination with immediate effect,
notwithstanding anything else in this letter.

9. During the tenure of your service with this company, you will not engage yourself in any other
gainful or commercial employment, business, part time or full time directly or indirectly
simultaneously as long as you are employed with us or engage yourself directly or indirectly in any
other profitable business connected with the dealing or activities of the company in any way. Any
action to the contrary would render your services liable for termination notwithstanding any other
conditions in the appointment letter.

10. The company will do all the correspondences at the last address provided by you and any change in
the address, you are liable to inform the change to the company. The company would deliver all
the letters Personally, Regd. Post to you in case the acceptance is refused, the company may also
paste a copy of the letter on the notice board, which shall be considered to be sufficient service on
you.

11. Please note that in case information given to the company in your application for appointment is
found on verification or during the course of employment as incorrect, you shall be liable to be
terminated/ dismissed from service.

12. You will be retired from services on attaining super-annuation age of 58 years or earlier in case you
are found physically/ mentally unfit to work any longer or for continued ill-health as certified by
the Medical Officer/ Medical Practitioner.

13. Please read this appointment letter thoroughly and carefully and return to us the duplicate copy duly
signed as proof of your acceptance of this appointment, terms and conditions.
