    Pre-requisites for PERN2 VPN


    1. Personal Computer with Windows and Internet Connection
    2. Please ensure that you have registered for PERN2 Access
    3. If you are trying to use PERN2 from your work place, please co-ordinate
    with your office Network Administrator for necessary action at their end..

    Configuration of PERN2 VPN (One time Setup)


    To set up a connection to a VPN, do the following:
    1. Click Start, and then click Control Panel.

    2- In Control Panel, double click Network Connections.

    3-Click on set up a new connection.

    4-Click on connect to a work place and next.

    5-Click on use my internet connection (VPN).

    6-Enter an IP address, password.

    7-Enter a user Name and Password then click on creates.
