3. Block Height
a) Head to top of main bearing bore min 278.9 mm to max 279.1 mm
b) Head to centre line of crank shaft min 322.9 mm to max 323.1 mm
(Add 44 mm from (a) bore radius)
4. Camshaft Bore I D
a) First Bore min 57.222 to 57.258
(With out bush)
b) Other Bores min 54.089 to 54.164
( in case of over size add bush to all bore
after making a dia of min 57.222 to max 57.258)
5. Cylinder Bore.
a) Diameter min 102.000 mm to 102.116 mm
b) Roundness max 0.038 mm
c) Taper max 0.076 mm
d) Crosshatch angle 15 degree to 25 degrees with the top
6. Piston Skirt Diameter. Min 101.823 to max 101.887
