Once the sketch is approved, the full payment must be sent
within 24 hours of the approval. Painting stages will not begin until payment is received. Te artist may recycle sketches and preparatory works that were rejected by the client for other commissions or personal works. Te artist ensures the client will receive updates on commission when necessary. Clients are encouraged to check in when they feel it's necessary for updates, assurance or reminders. Clients will have the opportunit to direct alterations of their commission in the thumbnail sketch stage. Te artist reserves the right to reject critique and redline pertaining to artistic skill or stle preference (i.e. anatomy, coloring stle, etc.) if said critique reduces the artistic qualit of the piece. If the client wishes to cancel their commission during or afer the coloring stage they will not be issued a refund. Te artist reserves the right to issue a refund and cancel a commission due to poor communication, rude or inappropriate behavior, inabilit to communicate in efective English. Te artist will not handle depiction of illegal activities, sexually explicit (x-rated) materials and hateful images. Non-explicit fetish, artistic nudit, violence and gore work will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Te artist reserves the right to reject any commission for any reason, without an explanation. Te artist retains the right to display all commissioned work on any personal website, gallery, or journal. As commissions act as advertisement for the artists work, and a labour that people will not see. If the commissioned work is a time-sensitive gif the Artist may delay public showcase at the request of the Client. Te artist reserves the right to also not post artwork. Te artist retains the rights to make prints and merchandise. Te client can ask for full image rights for an added fee of 20% of original commission price.
Te client retains all rights to their respective characters.
Te client can request that the artist does not disclose the clients name upon request. Te client may create prints for personal use (display in their home or as gifs).Te client may also resize or crop the artwork to create icons, wallpapers, or other graphics to be used in non-commercial digital format, but the client cannot alter the artwork itself. Te client may also upload the artwork to their personal website or gallery, but credit is required, and it must not be an unwatermarked version of the artwork. Te client must read, understand and agree to all the above terms before entering into an agreement with the Artist. By sending payment, the client agrees to the above terms. Fin.
