Gaya kepimpinan yang digunapakai guru besar adalah seperti berikut. 1. Guru besar sendiri yang membuat keputusan dengan menggunakan maklumat yang ada pada waktu tersebut. 2. Guru besar mendapatkan maklumat yang diperlukan dan staf di bawah arahannya, kemudian membuat keputusan sendiri. Peranan staf hanya setakat pemberian maklumat yang diperlukan sahaja dan mereka tidak terlibat di dalam persoalan menyelesaikan masalah.
