These coconuts are harvested even before half maturity, and come full of sweet water inside which is delicious and refreshing to drink straight from the coconut using a straw and the sweet, soft, and tender flesh can be scooped out with a spoon and chopped for fruit salads or toppings or simply eaten alone as a delicious treat.
