SwitchboardFREE is a cloud-based phone system that offers UK business numbers, time of day routing, AI greetings and features that integrate with Pipedrive for automatic contacts sync and call activity logging, such as voicemails, missed calls and answered calls.

First, you need to log in or create an account with SwitchboardFREE.

Upon installing Pipedrive, you will be redirected to a screen prompting you to create a new account or log in to an existing one.

Click on "create a new one" and follow the instructions. The setup wizard signal the processing in the background.

Upon completing the setup wizard, click on the "caller management" button and then on the "contact book" one, and your contacts will be shown. If you have an extensive Pipedrive contact list, this process may take longer.

Upon pressing "login", you'll be redirected to the login screen. Log in, and you'll be redirected to the Pipedrive setup screen.

if you want to install it from SwitchboardFREE, click "caller management" -> "contacts" -> sync icon -> "connect on the Pipedrive". Next, follow the instructions.
