NVIDIA AI Summit India is an extraordinary three-day journey into the future of artificial intelligence at the NVIDIA AI Summit in India. NVIDIA AI Summit will take place October 23 -25 2024, at the Jio World Convention Center.

AI Summit India will be held in the Jio World Convention Center (G Block, Bandra Kurla Complex, Bandra East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400098, India).

AI Summit India invites attendees to network with peers, exchange ideas, and explore the latest innovations from NVIDIA and our partners firsthand through interactive demos and exhibits. Whether you're a seasoned AI professional, a business executive seeking to integrate AI strategies, or a curious enthusiast exploring the frontiers of technology, this promises to be a transformative event shaping the future of AI and accelerated computing.

Get the AI Summit mobile app for iOS and Android devices to view your schedule, maps, alerts, and networking opportunities. To reduce waste, printed schedules won't be available.

There is limited space in the cloakroom onsite and we encourage attendees to keep their belongings to a minimum.

While laptops and small bags are allowed inside the venue, we encourage attendees to keep their belongings to a minimum. This will help ensure a smooth and efficient entry process for all attendees. You’ll need to remove your laptop and any other large devices from your bag while going through security screening.

Daily lunch will be available for those who have purchased a Full Day Workshop or Conference pass. During the evening reception, a selection of appetizers and beverages will be available and is open to all Conference and Exhibits only attendees.

AI Summit India is sold out and passes cannot be purchased onsite at this time. If you do not have a completed registration or badge, please do not attend the event.

The minimum age to attend NVIDIA AI Summit India in person is 18. 

Badge collection will take place at Jio World Convention Center, Basement Level P1. A form of ID will be needed to collect your badge and gain entry to the event. This includes a driver’s license, passport, or National identity card.

Registration and badge collection will be available during the following times:

• Wednesday, 23 October, 7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. 
• Thursday, Oct. 24:  7:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Friday, Oct. 25: 8:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.

If you’re registering with a personal email address and don’t see the verification email, please add "nvidia.com" and "[email protected]" to your safe senders and domain list.

If you’re registering with a corporate email address, get in touch with your IT department to allow emails from "nvidia.com" and "[email protected]" or register with a personal email address.

NVIDIA reserves the right to deny registration to any individual or entity for any reason, at our sole discretion. These include past or present failure to meet NVIDIA’s standards of conduct, as well as (but not limited to) engaging in violent, illegal, threatening, or discriminatory conduct. Yes, a goods and services tax (18%) has been applied to all AI Summit India pass types. 

Yes, we offer an early bird discount of 50% for all attendees until September, 11th 2024. After this date, Academic, Government & Non-Profit rate will automatically be applied when you register with a university, government, or non-profit email address; however the offer doesn’t apply to group Conference or group DLI Workshops.   • 2,000 INR cancellation fee will apply to Conference passes
  • 5,000 INR cancellation fee will apply to DLI: Instructor Led Training passes
• After 24:00 IST, Friday, October 4, 2024 — No refunds will be granted.
• No-shows are ineligible for a refund.

We accept Credit and Debit cards (except American Express) as a method of payment. All payments are processed in INR (Indian Rupee) and refunds are processed in USD (United States Dollar). Your registration must be paid in full in order to attend the conference.

After registering for AI Summit India, the transaction will appear on your credit card or bank statement as “RAINFOC*NVIDIAaisumIND.

Substitution requests will be granted but must be received by 24:00 IST, Friday, October 18, 2024. Please email [email protected] for more information.

The deadline to assign group passes is 12:00 (IST), Monday, October 14 - but we may sell out before then. Please note; purchasing a group pass does not automatically reserve a seat until registration has been completed by each person.

Please login here using the email and password credentials that you created when registering. You’ll be able to access all the AI Summit India content through the Session Catalog.

To access your personal schedule, login here & select “My Schedule” on the left. In the top right corner you’ll see the download button where you can download to ICal, VCal, or CSV and then save to your personal calendar. 

To add a session reminder, login here & select “My Schedule” on the left and download to iCal, VCal, or CSV and then save to your personal calendar. Note: if you download the calendar and sync with your mail client, it won’t update if you make any changes to your schedule. You’ll need to re-download any time you adjust your schedule. A reminder will be sent 15-30 minutes before the session starts. If you have opted out and wish to opt in again, please email [email protected].

Only scheduled sessions have the “Add to Calendar” or “Add to Schedule” option. All other on-demand sessions aren’t scheduled at a specific time and will be available to view at your convenience beginning at 24:00 IST, October 1st 2024. In the meantime you can click the “star icon” to add the session to your interest list.

NVIDIA On Demand is an NVIDIA hosted website where members of the NVIDIA Developer Program can login and view past content from previous and current events. If you’re not already a member you can join here for free.

You'll need to provide your own laptop/tablet for each of the workshop sessions. Please visit the AI Summit Session Catalog for a full description of each workshop prerequisites.

Signing up to take a certification exam is easy. After you register to attend AI Summit India, you will need to review the exam preparation materials and add the session to your schedule. The Certification Session will require an additional payment made onsite before taking part. For more information, please email [email protected].

Unfortunately, DLI full-day workshops are live, instructor-led programs and will not be recorded. However, DLI also offers self-paced, online training; these courses also offer hands-on experience with GPUs in the cloud. For more information, please visit the AI Summit Training page.

All you need is an Internet connection and a connected device (laptop, tablet, mobile phone). However, we recommend that you update your web browsers to the latest version before joining the event. Once you’ve registered for a particular session or training, we’ll notify you of any additional setup instructions, but all software use during the event will be free and seamless to use.

Some sessions will include multiple language subtitles. If a session does have subtitles available, they will be tagged within the language filter to find within the session catalog.
