Staff mental health and wellbeing is important to us and we have developed a staff wellbeing guide providing access to guidance, learning materials and policies to promote your overall wellbeing.
Mental health first aiders
Our mental health first aiders provide a first point of contact for staff seeking support. They are trained to have a good awareness of mental health to signpost staff to appropriate professional support and provide the opportunity to engage in supportive conversations. Find your local MHFA here.
Our employee assistance programme
Employee hub gives you access to our employee assistance programme providing free confidential support, over the telephone (0808 168 2143) or on-line 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Our on-line mental health service
Togetherall provides a range of on-line courses relating to anxiety, depression and other common mental health issues along with on-line forums to discuss and engage with others and support each other anonymously.
Our HR team is here to support you on a confidential case-by-case basis and can provide specific advice and guidance.
Our university counselling service
Our University of Nottingham counselling service provides a free and confidential service to staff and students. This includes access to workshops and groups. Get in touch by email: [email protected] (open Monday to Friday, 9.30 am - 4.30 pm).
