The law of 2017 on the posting of workers in the framework of the provision of services applies to undertakings established in a Member State and which, in the framework of transnational provision of services, post workers in Cyprus.

The Department of Labour of the Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance is the competent authority for the application of the law.
