Connect with anyone, anytime

Microsoft Teams is free for personal use—no subscription needed. Sign in to schedule and join video calls for up to 60 minutes, chat, share files and photos, and collaborate with your community.
SOLUTIONS

Communicate and collaborate smarter with Teams

  • Easily create a free, 60-minute meeting to connect with friends, family, or community members. Longer meetings are available with a Microsoft 365 Personal or Microsoft 365 Family subscription.
  • Plan meetings in advance and invite anyone with their email address or phone number. Share your meeting link to make it easy for participants to join from anywhere.
  • Prepare and discuss in the meeting chat before a meeting begins. Then continue the conversation after the meeting in a chat or community.
  • Raise your hand, use together mode to see all attendees seated together on one screen, chat, share your screen, and turn on live captions.
  • Quickly join a meeting with a link from the desktop app, the web, or a mobile device. Enter without a Teams account as a guest, or sign in for a better meeting experience.
