Ryanair has launched three new routes for winter from Liverpool John Lennon Airport. The budget airline has today announced its Winter 2024 schedule for Liverpool which includes 24 routes overall.
Three new exciting winter sun and city break routes passengers will be able to enjoy this winter are Budapest in Hungary, Marrakesh in Morocco and Paphos in Cyprus. They will also increase the frequency of flights heading to other destinations including Kaunas (Lithuania), Košice (Slovakia), Krakow (Poland), Malaga (Spain), Sofia (Bulgaria), and Wroclaw (Wroclaw).
The new destinations will offer travellers the opportunity to take in breath-taking views of the Danube River and world-renowned thermal baths in Budapest. Marrakesh is a city brimming with culture including the 12th-century Koutoubia Mosque and Paphos will offer ancient history and stunning coastal beauty, including UNESCO World Heritage Sites like the remarkable Tombs of the Kings.

Ryanair’s head of comms, Jade Kirwan said: “Ryanair is pleased to officially launch our Winter 2024 schedule for Liverpool with 24 routes, including 3 exciting new routes to Budapest, Marrakesh, and Paphos, as well as adding extra flights on our popular Kaunas, Košice, Krakow, Malaga, Sofia, and Wroclaw routes.
She added: ''This exciting new schedule will operate mostly on Ryanair’s 4x Liverpool-based aircraft, representing a $400m investment in the region and supporting over 1,550 local jobs."
