Broadband Internet providers who offered service bundles with wireless phone, home security, landline phone and pay TV saw their ARPU increase from last year to this year, according to Parks Associates — but consumers also appear to be shifting away from these service bundles, with Parks seeing an increase in more homes taking basic, standalone Internet packages.

On Thursday, Fubo said it will start offering Hallmark Media's streaming service Hallmark Plus as an add-on option to a Fubo subscription, and as a standalone offering through the Fubo app. Their press release didn't say how much Hallmark Plus will cost through Fubo.

Hearst Television has promoted Mike Solakian to serve as the new chief of its Washington, D.C.—based news bureau, starting in February. He is currently the assistant news director at Pittsburgh-area ABC affiliate WTAE-TV; Solakian succeeds Wendy Wilk, who is stepping down as bureau chief to take on anew position with Hearst Foundations.
