#WeAreHiring Position: Manager/Senior Manager – NRM Procurement  Location: Nagothane Unit (90 km from Mumbai, 130 km from Pune)  Salary: Competitive    Key Requirements: Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable institute, preferably with an MBA in Material Management. Experience:10-15 years, with at least 5 years in a leadership role at the plant level. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP, particularly the SAP MM Module.   Key Responsibilities: 1. Procurement Oversight -Manage all aspects of procurement, including sourcing, purchasing, vendor management, and contract negotiation, from a plant perspective.   2. Team Leadership -Lead and mentor the plant procurement team, offering guidance and support to ensure best practices and high performance.   3. Compliance & Audit -Enforce strict adherence to purchasing policies, with experience in API, QMS, internal, and external audits.   4. Inventory Continuity -Ensure uninterrupted availability of materials, including gases, fuels, chemicals, consumables, and MRO items.   5. Vendor Management -Supplier Evaluation: Identify and evaluate suppliers for the site.  -Contract Negotiation: Negotiate favourable terms and pricing with suppliers.  -Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships to ensure timely and quality deliveries.   Preferred Background: -Industry: Experience in the Seamless Pipe & Tubes industry, preferably in stainless steel. -Location: Candidates residing near the plant. -Availability: Early joiners will be prioritized.   Interested candidates can send their resumes to: [email protected]
