Modern Work Award

As conexões que a vida vai nos trazendo organicamente são lindas. Às vezes a gente acha que tem controle sobre isso: define metas, objetivos e planos. No final, o que acontece é o que tem que acontecer. 🌱 Não que eu seja contra definir objetivos e planos, muito pelo contrário: trabalho com isso. 😄 Mas aceitar a fluidez da vida também faz parte desse processo de planejamento. Aprendi esses tempos uma palavra bonita pra isso: dialética. "A dialética é uma abordagem filosófica que busca a compreensão profunda por meio do confronto de ideias opostas." 🤯 No ano retrasado alguém me aproximou do Nils Schnell 🌎💫 e da Anna Schnell. Muito provavelmente foi alguém da Target Teal... talvez o Davi Gabriel Zimmer da Silva ou o Rodrigo Bastos, não sei. 💛 O Nills e a Anna estavam dando um rolê pelo mundo num trabalho de campo conhecendo organizações que se propõem a fazer uma gestão moderna. ✈️ Muito provavelmente chegaram a mim por conta do trampo que a gente vinha fazendo nos anos anteriores na K21 Educação, mas aproveitei o bonde pra apresentar a 42 São Paulo, que é o que conheço de mais moderno quanto à educação. 👨🏾💻 O encontro foi lindo! Me lembro que acabei recomendando a eles assistirem AmarElo e o documentário dos Racionais no Netflix, hehe. 😛 Este ano eles me convidaram para ser jurado no Modern Work Award, premiação que eles organizam. Cheguei a divulgar aqui no Linkedin. 🏆 A gente aqui no Brasil às vezes não se dá conta do monte de coisa foda que a gente faz! 🇧🇷 Mas algumas organizações daqui aplicaram, e 3 delas foram premiadas! 👉🏽 A Taller, dos queridos Rafael Caceres, Sebastian Ferrari e Celso Martins. 👉🏽 O Ateliê de Software, dos queridos Matheus Haddad e Eraldo B. Santos. 👉🏽 E a Tecere, que estou conhecendo agora pela Thays Aldrighe. Hoje a noite a gente vai bater um papo sobre a premiação, aberto pra quem quiser colar.
