This week, MCTO’s Kathryn Feehan, Strategic Management & Program Analyst, participated in a panel at the Veteran Ready Summit in Washington, DC with representatives from 50strong, Microsoft, TransForce, and Penske to discuss the advantages of the DoD SkillBridge program. The panel focused on how the transportation industry can build a pipeline of talent using SkillBridge, resulting in a win-win for both transitioning service members and industry partners. SkillBridge is an opportunity for service members to gain valuable civilian work experience through industry training, apprenticeships, or internships during their last 180 days of service.
