All of the CRMs out there are super slow. Click something -> wait for the page to load. A local-first frontend can improve the experience tenfold. This is the opportunity I saw when I decided to build MidFunnel.com In fact, user frustration with slow, clunky CRMs can: • Lead to decreased productivity and satisfaction • Result in a higher likelihood of user churn • Damage the vendor’s reputation in the market But FAST CRM software that works like a modern-day application: • Empowers sales teams to manage relationships efficiently • Enhances the vendor’s reputation as a leader in user experience • Drives higher user retention and long-term loyalty Vendors must integrate with local-first frontend tech. Just like a desktop application -> Click an icon -> It just works. When that application works, the value is incredible. PowerSync, btw which is used by MidFunnel is a great example of this. They enable seamless application experiences with their SDK. The Sales team works with a local-first user interface. Data is synced back when their network is up and running. Unreal experience. When CRM solutions improve, the entire org improves. [What tools do you use when building a local-first app?]

Day 1: Kicking Off My Property Listing App Development Journey 🚀 Today, I'm excited to begin building my property listing app! I'll be documenting my progress daily here on LinkedIn, so feel free to follow along and share your thoughts. I’m also open to ideas, feedback, and collaboration as I build! 📱 Why React Native + Expo? React Native lets me reach both iOS and Android users with one codebase. With Expo, I get a fast setup and built-in tools that streamline development, allowing me to focus more on features and less on configuration. 🎨 UI Design with Tamagui For a smooth, responsive UI, I’m using Tamagui: High Performance: Optimized for fast load times on mobile devices. Responsive and Themeable: Great for creating a layout that adapts across different screen sizes. Inspired by Dribbble: I'll draw design inspiration from Dribbble to ensure a modern, intuitive look. 🔄 Real-Time Updates with PowerSync Listings need to stay fresh! PowerSync enables real-time data syncing so users won’t miss new properties or price updates. With PowerSync, the app will provide live, up-to-date property information with minimal loading times. 💬 Help Me Choose a Name! I’d love your input! Here are some ideas, but feel free to suggest others: "InstaList" "QuickNest" "TrueDwell" 🤝 Open to Collaboration If you're interested in collaborating on the tech, design, or product side, let’s connect! Excited to start this journey—stay tuned for tomorrow’s update!
