To support the ReMA Women in Recycling Council (WIR) Mentorship Program, WIR is offering two cohorts designed to provide encouragement and resources for participants in the mentorship program, as well as those interested in learning more about the value of mentorship. The first cohort titled, "The Heart of Mentorship" is scheduled for Thursday, November 14, 1-2PM ET. This cohort aims to: 🔥Light a fire for mentoring in each person’s heart ❗Emphasize the importance of continuous learning 💡 Share wisdom and stories to encourage others in the industry 🤝Provide pointers for pairs to build meaningful relationship as they meet and connect during the mentoring period.
