Winter Celebrations

Winter has been a season of giving, reflection, and resolution for us, as we hope it has been for you. From charitable initiatives to companywide celebrations, we wanted to share all the highlights with our LinkedIn community:

December: A holiday plant sale was hosted, allowing team members to purchase home adornments and gifts for family and friends. Through this event, over $7,000 was donated to Cristo Rey Miami High School!

February: Team members convened in Miami for the National Business Meeting, where we celebrated our wins and renewed our focus for growth opportunities.

Our theme for 2023 is Resilience, which also played a role in our competitive and rigorous intramural games. Here team members participated in athletic events, cheered each other on, and also raised over $1,000 by sending our senior leaders into the dunk tank!

A cohort of our team members convened to celebrate their successful completion of the Horticulture Program offered in partnership with UF; this professional achievement will set them up for an impactful and rewarding career.

We are also proud to announce that 247 team members graduated from our Alfalit program this month! These team members are now equipped with literacy and math skills that will have tremendous impact on their personal and professional lives.
