Gallup initiated research on leaders trying to manage employees in hybrid modes. 26% of these leaders were almost always burned out at work. Other statistics show that 21% of remote managers who could do their jobs suffer from burnout.. 

  1. This is because most leaders need help to handle the pressures of hybrid remote working. 
  2. The changing dynamics of the business arena have also affected the current managers, who cannot cope with the demands.

Leadership and management are all about understanding behaviors and utilizing our strengths to reduce workplace tensions and motivate employees to increase engagement. Most employees prefer the hybrid model of work. However, according to research, managers face many burdens, mainly involving daily coordination and increasing interactions between team members. 

What is the Problem? 

According to research by Gallup and other organizations, most hybrid managers need to learn how to increase coordination and collaboration. Support in hybrid modes is mainly provided individually, where the professional is given support with a task they must complete independently. However, specific projects require coordination, and a manager's job is to increase communication and bring employees together to form a team to solve a problem. Bringing employees together becomes an issue when the hybrid mode is initiated, and the manager needs to learn how to coordinate between remote employees. Therefore, leadership courses become an essential tool to increase collaborative attitudes between a group of people. For instance, a leadership course will bring many people together and help them improve communication by making them sit for training together. Many leadership and management courses will use VR or AR technology to enhance the engagement of the professionals.

Today with the fast-changing business scenario, it is imperative that every organization regularly initiate leadership courses. Providing these courses is crucial to show that the organization supports the development of the employees, managers, and leaders with whatever problems they are facing in coordination.
