Social media platforms for physicians and other medical businesses is a way for practices to create their own meaningful, impactful and authentic digital online footprint as a way to humanize their aesthetic practices. Having a more personal touch rather than the standard posts, which may sometimes feel stiff is important. Regular medical website developers, social media content creators and PR firms usually go after the simple one fits all boring templates filled with plenty of stock photos. ;) It takes more time and effort to actually learn about the companies you represent. To get to know your clients and understand their individual practices it takes actual work to take the time to really get to learn about the companies you represent. What are the physicians and staff you represent really like as an office and team? What differentiates them from their competitors? It's well worth it for medical practices, spas and other such business to take the time to find the right people to represent them. Even picking to work with smaller media consulting firms that actually take the time to really learn the ins and outs of your practices is important. Finding the right people to represent your brand and really care for your companies' business development and growth makes a huge difference in the success of your practice.

It's pertinent to help businesses find their authentic personal brand and voice in order to develop their authentic brand and leverage it for use on online platforms. Finding authenticity in curating unique and relevant content is imperative to your brand and business. It's important to create a real relationship with your audience and show that there are real people behind your business, this goes along way in social media marketing and branding. Remember to try to build stronger relationships with your current followers while also attracting new patients to your practices. Slowly, more and more aesthetic professionals are recognizing the power of social media and the impact of different platforms that can enhance their businesses while creating authentic relationships with customers. If you haven’t already, maybe it is time to get serious about putting together a true branding strategy, because these platforms are continuously creating more tools and apps to help optimize your business posts and increase your digital online footprint to help create more exposure for your practice.

I'm glad you addressed this topic with the medical/dental communities. Those are very intimate industries and too often they take the "sterile" approach to their online presence.

No need to use obvious stock photos these days. Plenty of free and low cost options out there.
