We exceeded £2 million in revenue in 2022

We are now officially a multi-million pound PR link building agency. 

This year so far, my company exceeded 2 million pounds in revenue, and this is just mind-blowing.

Two years ago, in 2020, we had YEARLY sales of £102,606

This year so far (November), that number is £2,307,251

A mind-blowing 2,200% (22X) growth, in just 2 years.

➡ 2020 team members: 2

➡ 2022 team members: 50

This is how I managed to build this company from the ground up:

- I worked 16-hour days 

- I woke up at 6 am almost every day

- I started doing regular and intensive exercise

- I adopted a super-healthy diet

- My father supported me with £1.8 million to help me gain momentum with the business

Everything from above is true.

Of course, apart from the part with my father - you see I did not grow up with a father, or any kind of family support. 

My father left me and my mum when I was 5 years old, and I have not seen him since then.

Our family was traditionally so poor that we had to ask for food from our neighbors when I was a child and a teenager.

I come from rock bottom, and then some.

And this rock bottom is one of the greatest assets that I have. 

The shaky past feeds the hunger, the relentlessness, and it gives me the courage to dream big, and aim for the stars.

The fear of not getting back to where I was as a teenager is pushing me to do whatever it takes to achieve unlimited success and ensure that my future generations will never have to be where I was as a teenager.

Here are some of the things I can say have been true game-changers on my journey, that I would advise my best friends to do:

✅ Aim to become the best at what you do

Whether it's SEO, link building, copywriting, video editing, or anything else that you are passionate about - decide that you will aim for excellence.

Instead of watching movies at night, spend your time learning. Every night. For years, and years. You will be a different human, after a decade, just by doing that.

✅ Accept the fact that greatness takes time

It took me almost 2 decades of continuous improvement and working on developing myself relentlessly, day after day, to become the person I am today. And I’ve still got a lot of work to do on myself. I am still not great.

✅ Always be kind.

Be kind to others, no matter what. If you are a genuinely good human, most bad things will avoid you. It’s truly a magic thing that works every time.

✅ Don’t confuse being good with being naive. 

Always be kind, but also have great standards, and make sure people around you understand that.

Demand greatness from people who you are working with.

Whether it’s the people who are on your team, or your clients, always keep high standards of their actions, and results. Then, reward them accordingly.

✅ Trust people

If you will not be able to trust people, you will never be able to truly scale. Allow people who work with you to have great responsibilities, and then support them to become better at their job.

I remember when I was lost, in my teens and early twenties.

When life made no sense. When I was questioning why I'm living.

I hope this post finds someone like that, at that stage of their life, somewhere in the world.

And I really hope it gives you fuel to keep on going. That it shows you, that it's possible.

There are good things that are coming, you just don't see them yet.

Be kind, improve yourself every day, aim for excellence in your craft and actions, and life will take care of the rest.
