As a recruiter, I can't deny that I've noticed a shift in the platform over time. Indeed, it is true that certain individuals have begun sharing personal information, not necessarily related to their professional lives, on LinkedIn. Sometimes this transformation gives us the feeling that platform became a sort of outlet for expressing emotions and seeking inner clarity. However, in my opinion, this is not the primary purpose or intention of the social network.
However, let's not overlook the fact that LinkedIn remains an incredibly active and valuable professional network. According to a survey conducted by B2B Stack, the statistics speak for themselves: "95 job applications are submitted every second on this platform! 😮 That's a staggering number, indicative of the vast talent pool and opportunities available here.
