Unlock your potential...Tools and Insights for Productivity & Leadership
Working with me
We love working with me documents. If you haven't heard of them before - think of them kind of like a "user guide to me". They are incredibly powerful to help provide clarity and transparency, build stronger relationships (demystifying them and removing ambiguity), and create efficiencies. Here 👉 Why have a ‘Working with Me’ Document is some more insights and information about them.
Once we get talking about them, we get asked quite a bit about how and when to start. We have some templates that we can send, but we're also thinking about running a workshop or webinar to help guide you through the process and set you up for success. We think every leader should have one, and everyone who works in a team should too!
📨 Drop us a quick note to let us know if you are interested in a workshop (and in person or online), or if you'd like a template to kick you off.
We all want more time in our day
Here's how you can!

This is something not to be missed if you are wanting to find more time in your week, feel more under control and smash things out in 2025! We have carefully curated a methodology based on some of the great works of Atomic Habits (James Clear), Getting Things Done (David Allen), Building a Second Brain (Tiago Forte) - and much MUCH more!

Reclaim productivity in a distracted world!
Are you someone who prioritises reactive behaviour or intentional deep work? In a world constantly vying for our attention, distractions have become the norm and focus a rare commodity. We need to fiercely protect our own productivity.
Instead of letting focus feel like an occasional effort, we should treat it as the default, granting ourselves breaks from focus strategically, to recharge and return sharper. This shift in mindset allows us to reclaim control over our time and attention.
🎬 Reflect on the past week, and the week ahead. How much deep work have you done? How can you prioritise this in the week ahead?
