"It's been the best performing blog article for us, excluding case studies. I created it because there seems to be an outdated sentiment around automating manufacturing processes: You do it to increase throughput, and that's it.
There have been so many advances that add huge value, even if your throughput doesn't change (but it almost always does). Not everyone is aware of this. We work with a lot of companies that are very aware of the other benefits, but a lot of others are kind of keeping their heads down and plowing forward, unaware of the potential benefits.
There's so much to consider, I'm thinking about breaking this out into additional articles with a deeper dive into each area of benefit."
