When speaking to employees and others in your organisation, do you ever find yourself thinking that you are talking to a 'brick wall'?

If the answer is ‘yes’, read on…

While teaching the principles of Business Management Meta-Physics, The Mandate for Doing Business in the New World, I have been working with clients, who sometimes they tell me they feel like they are "Talking to a 'brick wall’," when it comes to dealing with some of their employees.

I share a different perspective with them, one that recognises individual rates of growth. Exactly like different kinds of plants, everyone grows and develops character, at a different rate. That whenever they, as an employer, feel they are talking to a 'brick wall', they are going to use words that are the fruit of their frustration, and consequently, much less impactful, simply because their own mind-set is limited by their own conclusion, even before they speak.

As they speak, their own mind-set causes them to choose ineffectual words, and charge them with a destructive, instead of a constructive emotion, because within themselves they have yielded to their own limitations, their own conclusion, that “it’s not really effective speaking to them! I'm talking to a brick wall!” So they do not really expect results.

This is the dis-ease of intellectualism.

‘Intellectualism’ is the exercise of the intellect, without due respect, for the intuitive impulses of our innate emotional intelligence. Where, our emotional intelligence is connected within us and through us to the invisible field of energy, in which we all live, move and have our be-ing.

This ‘intellectualism’, is a widespread dis-ease, which we can almost single out as being responsible for almost all the destructive politics and abusive behaviour in the work place.

When someone is stuck inside their own head, their own intellect, and their own minds are caught in a loop, repeatedly inhibiting them, causing them to think and talk like they are “talking to a brick wall”.

To overcome this habitual behaviour, I advise them to invest energy into connecting with, and really observe each individual. Get to know them, link with them emotionally, like a chain link, and then they will be able to identify the qualities, talents, skills and perspective, of each team member. The wisdom gained from such connections cultivated through focussed growth, is priceless.

The business operator, then gets to know each team member in exactly the same way a gardener identifies plants in a garden, closely inspecting each one, getting to know them, while identifying what nutrients they contain and what fruit they shall bear, what other plants they grow well next to, etc.

This process of Business Management Meta-Physics, requires a complete change in organisational structure, from ineffectual pyramids, to Management Wheels. And, also uses a different vocabulary, which is no more destructive, rather, it is unifying, healing and progressive, allowing for continued growth.

A ‘Team Leader’ is the Hub Of the Wheel (HOW). This person holds the whole wheel together. This is the former CEO, who instead of giving orders, is now Creating Efficient Organisation.

The Hub of the Wheel guides the direction, the speed and holds all the other team members together, exactly like the hub of a bicycle wheel with nuts and spokes, rim and a connection to a superstructure.

HOW is a suitable acronym, reminding the Hub Of the Wheel she/he is there to create efficiency by navigating the path, and demonstrating true leadership, (which I shall illustrate in a short essay at a later stage).

To create more efficiency, we identify all the vocabulary we are using and eliminate all destructive language, all language which does not serve the whole company. Again, a ‘company’ is a group of people… the legal entity registered as ‘a company’, has no precedence over an individual in the New World, as this contravenes the Divine Law written into the Urim and Thummim within every human being.

Likewise the concept of ‘business’ being a separate department of life, apart from our spirituality is also dissolved. Business is the avenue through which we grow spiritually. ‘Spirituality’ being an older or code word for ‘Character Building’. Easily understood and recognised when stripped of its false piousness.

Piousness itself, being a code word for ‘Strength of Character in adversity’. I.E being true to yourself and not crumbling under the weight of the vehemence of how others expect you to act. Not yielding to peer pressure and corrupting your own nature.

Close observation and working with team members, empowers the team hub, the leader, to identify who is growing quickly, who is growing slowly, who learns through observation, who learns through doing, who learns through their own initiative, and who needs guidance, etc. Who works best on their own, who works best with others, and is the in-struction they are to fulfil crystal clear?

Is the vocabulary used by each party communicating the intended message? As different people use the same words to convey different meanings, according to their own history of usage.

Once the 'boss' (a term we must work to dissolve and never ever use again), observes this, they are in a position to use their faculty of judgement correctly.

To be an efficient guide, and strong Hub of the Management Wheel, the team leader must have a well-developed faculty of judgement to be able to assist and in-struct (build up from within) their TEAM. One builds their team by choosing the best seed ideas, conveyed using the most appropriate words, to enable each member of their team to grow and develop, and to do what it is they’ve agreed to do.

Which they will, when in-structed correctly.

How does this work?

It works, by understanding consciousness is a garden. That by choosing the right words, as a farmer chooses the best quality seed, which creates crystal clear message of expectations. Then sowing these words and cultivating the process of growth. Exactly like a garden.

The world around us, teaches us every aspect of our own nature, and gardens teach us exactly how ideas work in mind. Every other in-vention, teaches us a different aspect of our own nature, so we can look out into the world and learn about ourselves.

Cultivating a garden, is akin to cultivating and refining our character. To cultivate the garden of mind, we sow seed ideas on the inner plane and cultivate them, ‘water them’ and tend them, giving them sunlight and ideal conditions for growth.

We need to be conscious of the process and observe through our daily experiences, that we are continually reaping, in our businesses and behaviour, the harvest of our own thoughts, via the experiences we have.

IF, we are observant, we learn quickly, refine our behaviour and mature more rapidly. So, our ‘Job’ is a constant reaping the harvest of the fruit of seed ideas, as life unfolds.

In my studies and investigations into the Spirit-mind-body unity, I mapped out the various layers of ‘soil’ of the universal garden of consciousness. That is, the nature of the ‘soil’ we are all rooted in, and the Laws governing our growth and development: the Law of Motives written on the Urim & Thummim within our hearts.  

I have shared this work openly, until my website was hacked and destroyed. The main body of work is called: A Pathway to Freedom: God's Instruction Book for the Mind Opened and Explained.

'God’s instruction Book’, refers to the earth, to the garden / nature all around us, and the faculties of our own minds, which are required to integrate harmoniously with nature. Understanding and expressing ourselves through these faculties is necessary for individual healing, and, social harmony.

Individual healing and social harmony are an integrated part of business life, although in the Old World they were not recognised as such.

In the New World we are transitioning into, nothing will be the same. A new awareness of our innate power is sweeping over the earth and bringing an awakening as such has never been witnessed before in the history of the human family.

This awakening and accompanying awarenss of our own nature, is going to transform the way we do everything.

The main principle coming to light, is that our body is our ‘Book of Life’, it is a record of everything we think, say, do, have done to us, eat drink and experience. By our thoughts and words we each are totally and absolutely responsible for our own actions as our energy builds our body, or tears it down.

Our daily business, is a huge chunk of this reformation of understanding and character building, for this fact of inescapable responsibility for our own thoughts-words and deeds gives us the key for overcoming all corruption and establishing truth and honesty in the workplace.

Why this is so will become crystal clear as more people learn the verity of the statement ‘to thine own self be true,’ and the benefits and self-control to be gained by accepting full responsibility for each aspect of one’s own life, and allowing others to live in full responsibility for their lives too.

Some people think that the world shall return to ‘normal’.

Never going to happen, more chance of the Nile reversing the direction of its flow...

A New World is emerging, as the fruit of ideas sown into our consciousness thousands of years ago. Each person's responsibility is to go within and seek the highest ideals within them, and cultivate them, by becoming the Gardener of one's own mind.

Becoming the gardener of one’s own mind, teaches how each person can overcome old worn out ideas, and literally rewrite neuron Pathways, repair DNA, and totally reform behaviour, by recognising and using tools we all have within us, and by correctly using the powers of observation and speech.

Once an idea is nucleated in mind, it passes through a seed-to fruit process, before being 'eaten', as the fruit of behaviour, carrying within it, the seed to sustain that behaviour within that person, as well as providing a seed for others to receive and bear fruit.

When a person ‘eats’ their own fruit, they are experiencing the harvest of their own/other seed ideas planted in their minds. When they speak, they are attempting to sow seed ideas, into the minds of others.

Super-visors, business owners, managers, etc. who are not aware of this process, get frustrated, angry, and sometimes (too often) outright abusive. This is because they do not recognise that it is this ‘seed to fruit’ behaviour, which sustains all behaviour, nor, the Law written within us governing all behaviour, including all habits, and ad-dictions.

Our whole development as Hu-man be-ings is governed by the only real Law in existence: The Law of Motives, written within every one of us. Each aspect of this Law written within, governs every motive of our hearts, wherein is the congregation of our Highest Ideals.

When one understands consciousness as a garden, and that we grow at different rates, then one is freed from their own dis-ease, of thinking other people are ‘stupid’, are ‘idiots’ are ‘dense’, incapable’ etc. Yes, all those who think this way are suffering from the dis-ease of intellectualism. Having lost their inner connection to emotional intelligence which recognises the human family is as much a unit, as a single person is.

They use destructive and abusive words, because they do not realise the trap they are in and use their position and money and ‘authority’ as an excuse for their behaviour… will be great to see all this behaviour dissolve, never to return. How?

The reality is, the Spoken Word uttered by the person ‘in charge’ determines the outcome as their own words are the directing power and intelligence. Ineffectual words, produce ineffectual results. Every word spoken not only affect the person being spoken to, harsh words tear down the person speaking… kind words build both people up.

I shall explain the mechanics behind this metaphysical process in another essay.

For now, it is important to understand, the fact that there is no such thing as useless people, incapable people, lazy people, etc. All these adjectives and more, are a cover for incompetence in management techniques passed down from generation to generation.

So, there are no ‘useless employees’ there is only ineffectual management, which turns abusive, because of the inefficient hierarchical system we have all inherited.

Example:

A ‘manager’ employs someone. Does not get the results expected. Turns abusive. The abuse further hinders everyone, because the ‘manager; is really a ‘damager’, further damaging the situation by screaming, shouting, swearing and using threats of ‘firing’ to try to coerce a result, which, due to their own limited perception was not fulfilled due to their inability to communicate properly and or choose the right person to fulfil the task.

It is at this time the ‘leader’, whose only real function is to demonstrate that the ability to lead life, comes from deep within each of us, become a ‘boss’ and starts bossing people around! This is why in Applied Meta-Physics, we have eliminated all talk of ‘bosses’ and do not entertain the idea. It is stupid, in the sense that those calling themselves ‘bosses’ are not learning from mistakes in managing people harmoniously and this is the real definition of ‘stupid;’ not learning from one’s own errors or experience.

Effective management is a product, nay, the harvest of a process of regenerating thinking, learning the principles which make for individual peace, and social harmony. Then by understanding the Law of inner sowing, outer harvest.

As we align with the Law written within us, it imparts the Wisdom to Live and thrive as a member of the Hu-man family, as we go about our business each day, and seek to learn (awaken).

When managers recognise and live by this simple process, and apply it, (hence Applied Meta-Physics), they free themselves from the preconceived ideas that people are 'stupid', are 'idiots' are 'dense', etc. With this recognition, the supervisor has taken the first step towards understanding the tricks of his/her own mind, and overcoming them.

The Law of Life, is: What we sow on the inner, in the Garden of Mind, we will reap on the outer, in life's daily experiences; the Garden of the World.

So the program I workshop, is teaching people how to sound the depths of their being, and become the Gardener of their own Minds. It teaches each individual the process of clearing the weeds of old ideas, which bear the fruit of degenerate, abusive, violent, greedy behaviour, which hinders every process, and very carefully selecting new seed ideas from deep within their own hearts, and sowing them, watering them, living them, so they can beautify character, exactly as one cultivates a beautiful garden.

This process of being a Gardener of the Mind, turns despotic 'bosses', incompetent super-visors, and 'chief executive officers', into happy, strong, capable, confident and competent leaders, and CEO's, who have a willing following. No coercion required. A better description for ‘bosses’ is: Team Hubs, I.E those holding a company together by Creating Efficient Organisation.

Understanding and applying certain principles, helps everyone accelerate the learning process, sound the depths of their being and draw up the highest ideals in their hearts and cultivate the necessary avenues of expression, to strengthen character.

In redesigning a company’s structure from a Pyramid, to a Management Wheel, the previous world’s system of 'hierarchy,' and every company is basically an inefficient pyramid scheme, is dissolved, and the Business Management Wheel replaces it, enabling the team members, to experience more rapid maturing, in alignment with responsible stewardship practices, than is possible in any other way.
