The Source of Intelligence
Study of Spirituality, that is, Fundamental Understanding about life, about death has been more or less esoteric led by religious-spiritual theories, philosophies. Despite progress in scientific, technological sphere, we are still groping to come to the Truth. How life originated or why it originated? Why we have to face pain and uncertainty? Mind tries to resolve by coining theories, philosophies. Can we see the format of life without introducing any theory? Human mind has come to the point where it does not need any philosophy about Life including religious — spiritual. It can directly see ‘what Life is’, ‘what is the format of Life’. In this seeing, he comes to the Source of Life, the Source of Intelligence.
The Original Question
Why you have to bear pain and uncertainty? What you have done to solicit pain and uncertainty? Why things are not smooth? Mind clamours to find an answer. It is stuck up; no answer seems to assuage the pain of these questions. You are Alone.
Unless one is in immediate physical danger, ‘what is’ is always sufficient, complete-even if it is extremely difficult situation-it is only psychological discomfort. If you do not react to the discomfort, you are experiencing in your body and brain-you are instantly connected to the resting point within.
There is auto recuperation of energy.
We deal with disease, loss, accident, defame and so on as per our capacity and knowledge. In Fundamental Understanding (spirituality), we question — Why we have to face disease, loss, defame, accident, death and so on.
The inquiry takes us to the Truth.
Limit of Thinking
Pick a pen. A whole set of physiological and neurological movements are involved. Now the thinking — I have picked the pen — is expression through words. Thinking arises to explain. This is the limit of thinking. The actual movements — physiological and neurological happen. Put your hand in cold water. There is feeling in the body and brain. Now thought can express this feeling, it is not this feeling.
When you can see that thought is only an expression of what is being experienced-you begin to see that thought is not the controller of impulses and movements in your body and brain. This suddenly transforms your whole experiencing structure. Now there is no escape from what is being experienced. Thought is not able to coin any relief, consolation as an escape from what is being experienced. You enter into a new dimension.
Understanding and Ending the Problem-Making Mechanism
You have to understand the problem-making mechanism to end it.
Any problem creates uneasiness in you.
Mind says, ‘take me out of the problem, uneasiness’. Can one see that this is a new problem?
And this problem raises its head every time one faces an unfavourable situation.
To understand this (new) problem is to end it.
The end of it is the end of the problem-making mechanism. Now any action in any direction is relaxed, and creative.
