Skyrocket Your Coaching Business with a Pilot Program

Skyrocket Your Coaching Business with a Pilot Program

When I first started building my $99 virtual training, I spent months overthinking and perfecting every detail. I was terrified that if I launched something that wasn’t “good enough,” it would flop. And, to be honest, that fear held me back for a long time.

Then, I made a game-changing decision—I ran a pilot program before fully launching. This one small step made a massive difference, not only in my business but in my confidence. Here’s why running a pilot program could be the smartest move you make for your coaching business.

1. Get Real Feedback to Improve Your Offer

When you run a pilot program, you’re giving yourself the chance to test your idea in real time. Your participants will provide you with invaluable feedback about what’s working and what could be improved. This means that by the time you officially launch, your program will be even stronger.

For my $99 program, I ran a pilot with a small group of clients who knew I was still refining the material. Their feedback helped me tweak the content, improve the flow, and ensure that I was delivering exactly what my audience needed.

2. Build Confidence (and Stop Waiting for Perfection)

Running a pilot took the pressure off. I knew that the program didn’t have to be perfect—it was a learning experience for both me and my clients. This mindset shift helped me take action and launch much sooner than I would have if I’d waited for everything to be “just right.”

This is one of the biggest mistakes I see coaches make—they wait and wait, thinking that once everything is perfect, they’ll be ready to launch. The truth is, nothing will ever be perfect. But when you run a pilot, you’re giving yourself permission to launch now, knowing that you’ll improve along the way.

3. Collect Testimonials and Build Social Proof

The pilot program also gave me the chance to collect testimonials, which made a huge difference when I launched the full version of the program. Social proof is incredibly powerful—it builds trust and shows future clients that your offer works.

When you have a few testimonials to share, your audience will feel more confident in joining your program because they’ll see that others have had success with it.

The Key to Success: Don’t Do It Alone

Creating my $99 program on my own took forever. I spent so much time second-guessing myself that I lost momentum. But when I finally reached out for feedback, things moved quickly, and I was able to launch with confidence.

In my 6-Figure Blueprint Workshop, I’ll guide you through creating your own opt-in and $99 program, and I’ll show you how to run a pilot to gather feedback and testimonials. You won’t be doing this alone—you’ll have support every step of the way.

Keep an eye out for the upcoming start date of this powerful workshop!

Absolutely, perfectionism and lead to procrastination, and whilst you wait, others are not being served. Love the pilot program concept.
