Communities drive growth.
People buy from people, first and foremost. But what really drives those purchase decisions?
Referrals. Word of mouth. Recommendations. Reviews. UGC…
On some level, people dip into their community when making a decision.
From shortlisting options to understanding features.
And they keep brands accountable. They’ve shifted the game to being transparent.
Brands don’t own communities - but they can sure as hell foster them.
They can champion the community and importantly - they can listen to the community.
And that's where you should be focussing your growth efforts now.
