This month we have noticed a rise in freelance and contract marketing roles as companies seek more flexible staffing. Freelancers are in high demand as businesses look to stay agile and save costs preferring freelancers for their specialised skills without long-term commitments.  A number of the contract roles we have been working on have been for an initial 3-month period but with the potential to roll on and possibly become permanent – showing that businesses are increasingly using flexible contracts to assess long-term needs before committing to permanent hires. This reflects a cautious approach, but one that also demonstrates hope and positivity that things are improving as we move into next year.


Welcome to Tanya Roxburgh

We're also thrilled to announce that Tanya Roxburgh has joined our team as a Senior Consultant. Tanya is a specialist digital recruiter with 20 years’ experience working both at top London creative recruitment agencies and in-house as a Talent Acquisition Lead for a network agency, tech agency and an employer benefits platform. She brings a wealth of experience recruiting across digital project management, account management, social, strategy, new business, and technical roles as well as deep understanding of hiring for support roles including HR, talent acquisition, finance, EA and PA positions.  She will be a valuable asset to our clients and will help us deliver even better results.
