Scrum Master : What I do all day

All you got to make your team , A Happy Team, thus always turns to high performing team

Most of the Scrum Master responsibilities today are drawn from traditional project management role. Instead thinking on roles and todo list focusing on these 3 things makes your team a happy team.

Analyzing the situation, providing guidance, building relationships is inherent with in the process.

A better Agile coach always got to make connections, before giving any directions.

1st : Catching up with the team , connect with them at personal level

2nd : Attend/ Facilitate Daily Scrum : Daily scrum is not a status update meeting , note impediments, blockers.

3rd : (Updates on) Impediments : Team members reports impediments in Daily scrum, as well scrum SM must provide updates on previous impediments… so that team can forward progress and its SM responsible to work with teams across organization to handle all these road blockers. As well Own the meeting Minutes.

4th : Check on progress status of everyone on team, Organize the product backlog and Scrum board.

5th : Make sure everyone has something to work on. Some time we may come across with challenges like some of team members are idle, here its time to coach team tooo be cross functional.

6th : Identify patterns Review data, charts :::: to get the advanced view of current situations, hence organize everything around the team, such as meetings, work schedules and work items and more.

7th : Partner with PO : Talk to product owner, things whether going smoothly

8th : meeting my stakeholder on the status of the projects
