In the Salesforce ecosystem, AI has been in use since 2014. However, in March 2023, Salesforce introduced Einstein GPT, the World's First Generative AI for CRM, at TrailblazerDX23. 

Salesforce expanded its AI offerings with AI Cloud, which includes versions of Einstein GPT. It leverages Data Cloud and public data to generate content for Customer 360, aligning with Salesforce's values of inclusivity, responsibility, and sustainability.

Imagine Generative CRM as your digital assistant, freeing you from mundane tasks and empowering you to focus on more critical endeavors. Its rapid internet scouring and data analysis make it a valuable asset for crafting superior responses, especially in customer service interaction
