When a house fire destroyed our customer’s son, Lance’s one-of-a-kind Ryan Kesler hockey stick, it was extremely difficult to return to normal. Instead of giving up on it, our Claims Resolution Specialist made it her mission to find Lance a replacement. She reached out to the Anaheim Ducks and scored an autographed Kesler stick in no time.

Did the customer expect this? No. Was it a simple process? No.

Did this stop our Claims Specialist from making it happen? Absolutely not.

Her extra efforts won the hearts of her customers, who were stunned at what she accomplished.  #peaceofmind
