I am just here to put some knowledge of Exercise as what we know is a Lie!

We always program our minds in the wrong way over the period of time and we expect the change immediately and if it does not work we give up.

LIE #1: You need to exercise to lose weight

Truth #1: Less than 20% of your body shape is affected by exercise rest can only be changed by changing the DIET.

LIE #2: Excercise will make you tired

Truth #2: Excercise Instead Gives you Boost of Energy

LIE #3: Excercise is not needed if you are already slim

Truth #3: Excercise has nothing to do with being fat or Slim

LIE #4: it's ok to not exercise when you are going through a tough time

Truth #4: Exercise boosts your mood and is proved to help overcome depression faster

Great insights Shekar Guptha. If you’re not able to play any sports, the simple thing is a brisk 45 mins daily walk. Do this for few weeks then it becomes an habit in which you can’t start your day without that. During this COVID days, the 1 Mile happy walk is handy.
