Publishing Your Book

When does someone get their book written? When the time is right, when the stars align or when you just decide to do it.

For me, it was when my friend and mentor Jay Abraham said "Mitch, what you know cannot be wasted, it would be great if you could write it down and help others do what you do." - I said Yes! That was my motivation to get started. And start I did. It took a false start, a complete redo and hundreds of hours of editing, rewriting and proofreading again and again to get this book to be where I wanted it.

Then, the website. Don't write a book and forget to create a powerful launch site. When I decided that my book would be launched professionally, I had to get the best launch site I could. I asked long time friend and web developer Jake McCluskey to get to work for me and wow, was I happy I did. 

www.InvisibleOrganization.com is where my book called home and it's where I am constantly adding and update the companion Resource Center. It's part of the "free bonuses" that accompany a good book launch and I am very proud of what's there and what's coming.

Last Friday I added a Leadership Assessment, which is closely aligned with the book content on how to lead a virtual company. It is still a work in progress and it will get a major structural upgrade by the end of the week.

Yet, the information is valuable and can easily create a true virtual mindset when used by CEOs and then disseminated to senior management.
