The Power of Voicemails in Cold Outreach.

It's easy to overlook the impact of a simple voicemail. But did you know that leaving voicemails can make an impact you will see by a stream of new leads, new appointments, and of course sales!

Recent studies have shown that only 11% of people listen to voicemails from unknown numbers. However, when it comes to B2B sales, leaving a compelling voicemail can increase your callback rates by up to 22%! 📈 Yes, really!

So, how can you maximize the power of voicemails in your cold outreach? Here are some of my own best practices:

🎯 Keep it concise and specific Your voicemail should be no longer than 30 seconds. Focus on the key points and be specific about the purpose of your call.

💡 Spark curiosity and add value Start with an intriguing statement or question that grabs their attention. Offer a valuable insight or solution that addresses their potential pain points.

😊 Infuse your personality Don't be afraid to let your personality shine through. A warm and friendly tone can help establish a connection and make you more memorable. This is HUGE!

📞 Make it easy to call back Clearly state your name, company, and phone number. Repeat your phone number at the end of the message to make it easy for them to call you back.

🔄 Follow up with an email After leaving a voicemail, follow up with an email that reinforces your message and provides additional context. This multi-channel approach increases your chances of getting a response.

By incorporating these best practices into your cold outreach, you can turn voicemails into a powerful tool for engaging prospects and driving conversions.

Don't let the fear of rejection hold you back from leaving voicemails. Embrace the opportunity to make a personal connection and stand out from the competition! 💪 If you prefer, help is an option too! Click below for more information.
