People Data & Dinner Society
Waking up to happy text messages from our guests and new colleagues was a clear sign of success from the inaugural People Data & Dinner Society. This week my team at Included.ai brought together a cross section of Seattle's leaders across HR disciplines, keen on advancing people data. We gathered at a table for a meal that was much more than just delicious dishes and wines (thank you Ethan Stowell Restaurants). Everyone who attended will tell you they woke up as happy as I did - and what worked was the engaging, open discussions and the potential for future collaborations. This gathering was not just dinner; it was a reflection of our mission at Included.ai: to foster an open dialogue on the use of AI in people analytics, creating spaces where leaders can come together, inspired and curious.
Our mission at Included.ai to make sure every company can have world class HCM strategy with AI powered people analytics - Included streamlines workflows, automates repetitive tasks, and provides intelligent insights, thereby enabling users to focus on higher-value activities and make more informed decisions. Our mission drives us to navigate the evolving landscape of people analytics with a sense of purpose and openness. We're witnessing a bold shift where more companies are embracing AI tools like Included.ai to refine their HCM strategies, aiming for unparalleled accuracy and insight. Let's face it, the people analytics conversation is expanding, with most companies questioning the accessibility of HR data insights beyond the analyst teams and encouraging a culture where information is a shared asset. There's a notable trend of individuals, irrespective of their background in analytics, stepping up to decode HR data. This collective zeitgeist to align HCM strategies with deep data insights signifies a broader movement towards inclusivity and openness in leveraging people data for organizational growth. At Included.ai, we're not just part of this movement; we're helping to grow it, driven by our commitment to making the dialogue around AI and people analytics as accessible and impactful as possible.
Last night's dinner laid the groundwork for a community that's bound to grow, driven by shared goals and the exchange of innovative ideas. It wasn't just about swapping contacts but sharing stories and use cases that span from empowering CEOs to the smart application of AI. This vibrant exchange is a testament to the mission that guides us at Included.ai — to open up the conversation about people analytics to everyone. While it's a shame we couldn't accommodate everyone this time, the excitement for what's ahead is palpable. We're already planning a spring event in Seattle and looking to bring this energy to new places. So, stay tuned! We're just getting started, and there's a seat at the table for anyone ready to join this mission-driven journey.
Thank you for such a wonderful evening full of rich conversations and connections! 💗
