Our Final Comparably Awards of the Year 🥁
This week, Google announced Willow, a new quantum computing chip. This little freak can perform a computation in under five minutes that would take the fastest supercomputer 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 years — the same time it takes me to do all my laundry — to complete.
In other just-as-exciting news, we’re sharing one last round of Comparably awards. This quarter, we looked at the companies that provided their employees with the best comp 💰 along with the best CEOs and where to find the best overall company culture.
We also share the results of our year-end sales frustrations poll, and how you can help relieve them, and some ZoomInfo love from our biggest fans.
Let’s dive in.
The Final Comparably Awards for 2024 🏆
Comparably, a ZoomInfo company, celebrates the companies and leaders that are deemed exceptional in a variety of categories by those who know best — their employees.
We summarize what it took to be recognized for this quarter’s lists, along with the top 10 recipients in each category.
Best Compensation
These rankings are derived from ratings of total compensation packages provided by current employees. That includes salary, raises, bonuses, benefits, and stock/equity. Answers were collected over the past year to determine the winners for both SMB and large companies.
You can find the full list here.
Large Companies
SMB
Best Company Culture
This list is based on the anonymous sentiment ratings by current employees over a 12-month period. They were asked a series of questions around culture metrics, from compensation and career growth to leadership and work environment.
Large Companies

Best CEO
This list was compiled from 20 million CEO ratings from employees at 70,000 U.S. and Canada-based companies. And here’s a cool milestone: the top five large company leaders include the most diverse group of women and people of color since Comparably introduced its Best CEOs category in 2017.
Large Companies
The top 10 Best CEOs of 2024 for Large Companies are:

Survey Says …
We asked, you answered.
Our LinkedIn audience represents nearly 200,000 professionals. We regularly survey them to get a pulse on selling strategies, purchasing behaviors, and general thoughts on all things tech.
Last week, we asked about your biggest sales challenges during the holidays. Our results showed that the most common struggle is around getting a simple response from a prospect, followed by closing those final deals, scheduling meetings, and general holiday distractions.
The good news is our recent product launch can help with all of these — maybe even the holiday hysteria.
WebSight Buyer ID is a new signal that surfaces information about anonymous website visitors that fall within your key buying demographic. You’ll receive real-time alerts when members of your active Buyer Group or Previously Engaged Contacts visit your site. And because this feature is baked into ZoomInfo Copilot, their contact information is surfaced alongside intelligent insights and AI-backed messaging suggestions, enabling instant engagement. You’ll be able to get more responses, schedule more meetings, and close more deals in record time so you can prioritize the holiday hubbub.
