So when the beginning of 2020 delivered a global pandemic, we put our heads together to come up with a solution to bridge the gap from strategy to results for organization leaders embracing the current acceleration of change.We called it the Bridges Project. An incredible opportunity was created and many leaders have joined us working hard to change the conversation.

Last year challenged all of us and this year will be no different. For many organization leaders it remains an emotional transition. Some sadly were left defeated, others stood victorious. The pandemic has created a space that feels for many people that they are between two lives. This space holds us. It's a time of change. We believe now is a time of opportunity. Our talent is working with organization leaders genuine in their desire to inspire people and ignite action. People who are striving for success. Leaders embracing the current acceleration for change.

Work without a purpose is a struggle and the more it goes on, the less it makes sense. As leaders the last year reminds us that we are called on to recognize the full range of emotions that people bring to their efforts. We want to engage their passion focused on a shared purpose. Defining what an organization will be, and why it will matter is at the heart of every leader's role. If we are going to be more flexible in the workplace, we need to be learning and encourage learning, we need to become better at honouring the full person in our organization, striving to create spaces where people can trust and be trusted, and building roles that just don't stop. Our ambitions need to be in search of shared successes.

Strategy is about action. Now is a time for action. The first priority of strategy is managing uncertainty. The key is to understand your sources of value. To decide where and how to compete. To clarify the rules that govern how we will work. To refine our execution. To work as a team where every person is collectively accountable for achieving the strategy.
