New year. New name! TeleTech now TTEC!

Congrats to the entire company for acting as one, reaching for amazing, and nailing the new rebranding of TeleTech. What a team, what a win!

The best name was right there for us. TTEC has been our nickname for years, as well as our Nasdaq symbol.

TTEC represents our mission to bring humanity to every interaction customers have with brands. TTEC is: Talent + Technology & Engaging Customers.

It's not everyday companies embark on a name change. We are a dynamic company who's name, after 35 years, no longer reflected the depth and breadth of capabilities and innovation TTEC provides. Using our nickname links our past to our present and takes us into the future holding tight to our core mission and values.

We now face the market with two Centers of Excellence: TTEC Digital (Consulting, Tech, CX) and TTEC Engage (Care, Growth, Trust & Safety).

For my friends and colleagues, I wanted you to know where to find me of course, but more than that, I wanted to share and celebrate the collaboration, teamwork and dedication that made this rebrand launch so amazing for our company. I am grateful to work with this team, and excited for our future as TTEC!
