More Than a Wish ~ Motivational Monday

A dandelion amongst a field of a thousand others like it stands alone to the eye of the beholder. If you should pass one of these in a field somewhere, just remember, you can do more than just wish?

1. You can act, hope, pray, and sprint if you must each day to do the best that you can with what you have where you are!

2. Reach out to someone each day and ask them, “How are you doing?” and walk through this week sending a little sunshine outward to the people in your circle and outside your circle.

3. Seek out or pursue happiness in uncertain times!

4. Strength begins from within our minds and hearts. What we say, think about, read, and listen to will affect our day, and what we do with that stimuli shapes our future. Find what strengthens you!

5. We must keep life moving forward, looking backward is only for time travelers.

6. Respect your body and give it what it needs, rest, healthy food and liquids, and the ‘stuff’ that’s good for your soul, take good care of yourself.

7. If you see or hear of someone in need, help them.

I challenge all who have the ability to do so to walk through this week and send a little sunshine outward to the people in your circle and outside your circle.
