Every business needs a visionary leader who is bold, open-minded, innovative and imaginative. Providing visionary leadership contributes to long-term development by taking into account trends and transformations in the organization's environment. A visionary leadership style prevents leaders and team members from being stuck in an iterative, reactive mode of development.
In today's age of agile business leaders the opportunity to leverage data and analytics to continuously identify promising leads and solutions to problems in real-time.
