Leadership lessons we can adopt during and post this Covid-19 and Lockdown

Anything which spreads person to person might can have explosive chain reaction. PM Modi has also mentioned about this in his latest speech "Vocal of Local". Through this Covid-19 and Lockdown; we have to find out what is the new normal.

Leadership is changing during this new normal. People who were self oriented are finding new places and people who were selfless, finding more abstain workforces at the same place.

"You are not alone" quoted in various way. And I have restructured it this saying by "you are alone till you learn to be with you."

Few keys points after this lockdown a person will look into the leader.

1. A Leader; who is alone until he learned to be with himself first.
2. A Leader; who is not a person who push the person to work, A leader is someone who push himself first so that people can follow what to work.
3. A Leader; who can't be self oriented, A leader is selfless.
4. A Leader; who is not a person who left the workplace to find out other opportunity, A leader is a person who create a workforces at the same place by creating opportunity.
5. A Leader; who believes in his vision not in his mission. Mission is to take the moon down and vision is how to land on the moon.
6. A Leader; who thinks with heart and plays his moves with mind.
7. A Leader; who believes in new normal not the same formal.

Few points I am implying towards futuristic leadership. This might be contentious but this is the futuristic leadership. Persons who will sail the future be in present and saying good bye to the past. Just identify them. See them in their deeds not merely at the workplace.
