Kellogg Symposium Growth Strategy #1-Build your Team!

Over the past month, our Kellogg Leadership Symposium Team has been constructing an agenda of "Leadership Learning" that fits many different professionals needs. We have excellent Symposium learning paths for Corporate Leaders, Start Ups, Young Professionals, Medium Size Companies and others.

For a Corporate Leader wanting to build his own "next gen" set of leaders in his company, the Symposium team has developed the Corporate Leadership Training Package. For 10 professionals in your team, you can get a great day of leadership classes, Keynote speeches, workshops, custom leadership lunch discussions and leadership assessment surveys (Just $100 for each person!). Here is how it would look:

Symposium Leadership Assessment Survey and Report conducted by Diana Gats, Executive Coach, VPT Enterprise. Have your team take the assessment survey in early January and learn about your team's strengths and potential improvements. This survey is usually a $300 program!

Leading with Vision and Purpose: What's Your Story? conducted by Professor Michelle Buck, Director of Leadership Initiatives, Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Professor Buck takes some of the largest corporations through a reflection of "What Kind of Leader" works with your group and how to get to that kind of executive.

Breakout Sessions featuring Dr. Joy Macci or Dr. Jason Jones (Choice of 4...but these would be more targeted for your younger executives). Both choices explore the kind of qualities that are required to inspire others and build successful teams.

Keynote Speaker Chris Roberts, President of Cargill. Chris will walk through some key traits associated with leading a large corporation, including a list of 5 key leadership qualities that he has learned through the years.

Special Corporate Leadership Lunch with your team and one of our expert leadership speakers. This limited program provides lunch and a lively discussion of what your team learned through the day. The session will be moderated by one of our speakers in a separate classroom. Your team can share their "learning takeaways" and talk about how they can start driving some results in 2017.

Leadership Workshop with Diana Gats. During this 60 minute session, Diana will walk through the Leadership Assessment Surveys that your team took earlier in January. She will explain what each "Leadership Quality" is and what executives usually do to address their areas of improvement.
