The James Bond Secret to Insanely Profitable Market Research...

You spy on your competitors!

Pretty simple, right?

You see:

There's no point trying to reinvent the wheel when you're just starting out with your market research.

And, there is no better way to do that than looking at what your competitors are doing.

Here's how to do it:

  • Subscribe to competitors' email lists, and download their lead magnets.
  • Go through their entire funnel.
  • Take note of any common angles, promises or pain points they all touch on.

BONUS TIP:

  • Go through the entire customer journey, and even purchase the products and services.
  • Take note of the whole process, and even note any extras included that aren't advertised. You'd be surprised what some companies do for their customers you would never find out about otherwise.

Then, go through everything, see what you can do differently…

Reading competitors is one of the best methods in my opinion. You're not adding them to your socials so that your clients don't see your competition as well as study their strategy from the dark. Loved the article, Peter🔥
