Its not bad to be frustrated - It means you care!

Its not bad to be frustrated - It means you care!

Frustration is a good sign.. It means that you have a CHALLENGE and that you are at a critical point on your journey to getting over your challenge.

The key is NOT to give up.

So many people give up right when they are three feet from GOLD.

I looked back at this newsletter over the past two years and I realize that I have many topics related to AI, LinkedIn and Personal development, Networking and prospecting and even my own journey in growing an INC5000 ranked marketing agency.

LinkedIn announced that they now let users have 5 NEWSLETTERS per profile.

This is right after I launched my 555 framework.

This is PERFECT for your personal brand.

Im not saying have 5 newsletters, start with one, but after your newsletter gets over 10,000 subscribers, maybe its time to add another one with a specific focus.

While this newsletter is about business, marketing, prospecting and networking, the new newsletter is all about AI and AUTOMATION.

In excited to have that niche and to be launching a new episode of the newsleter each friday.

Here is the AI Automation Article from this past friday

For the longest time I had to embed YouTube videos into LinkdIn articles. because LinkedIn did not allow LinkedIn videos on articles.

They say they let them but its still not working.

Here is a conversation with me and an AI interviewing me.

If you want to overcome your frustration, start journaling.

Frustration is a beacon, illuminating the path to growth and transformation.

It's the universe's way of whispering, "You're onto something big." Don't let the weight of challenges crush your spirit; instead, use it as fuel to propel you forward.

The most tragic tales are those of dreamers who surrendered mere steps away from their breakthrough.

These obstacles breed creativity, pushing us to find novel solutions like AI-driven interviews.

Remember, in the face of frustration, the pen can be your most powerful ally; start journaling and watch your challenges transform into triumphs.

Here are 5 journaling prompts to help you navigate frustration:

  1. What's the root cause of my current frustration? Dig deep and describe it in detail.

  2. How has this frustration helped me grow or learn something new about myself?

  3. If my frustration were a physical object, what would it look like? Describe its shape, color, and texture.

  4. What would I say to a friend facing this same frustration? Write a letter of advice to them.

  5. Fast-forward one year from now. How might I view this current frustration differently?

These prompts aim to help you explore your feelings, gain new perspectives, and potentially find solutions. Remember, frustration often signals you're on the brink of a breakthrough. Keep pushing forward!

Feel free to reach out to me and let me know what is frustrating you the most, Im happy to help you on your journey!
