At the scratch, a ground level process of this FS (Financial System) each human will benefit individually. This will help determine the strength of the system at the secondary stage. At the third (final stage) it will become a medium of daily transaction and the ultimate standard of VALUE.

Preconceived minimum value (PCMV) to initiate the project is determined with the spot rate of one (1) kilogram (Kg.) of gold (Au) or average worth of one (1) lunar square foot (sqft2) (whichever is more). For every one (1) square foot (sqft.) of lunar land that is equal to one hundred forty-four (144) square inch (sqin.). Once the system is self-sustainable the governing body will upgrade and redefine the standard according to TIME and NEED.

To initiate the PROJECT (LUNARINCH) Seven hundred sixty (760) square kilometers (Km2) of lunar surface equivalent to an area of BAHRAIN (2016) is set to equally distribute (one lunar square foot / 144 square inch) among all human beings living on earth without any discrimination for free (Pre conceived value discussed above). Every human born live will prequalify (FIRST Right) to obtain one lunar square foot (1 ft2) at the time of birth registration from onwards.

As of statistics issued by United Nations website, there are around 7.6 billion humans living as of December 2017.
