I'm really proud to offer my people-centered approach and understanding of technological advances (although like everyone I am learning every day!) to empower us to create efficiency and value for everyone who works with us 🎉

As a part of Empathix (I am offering traditional services as well), i'm launching the FutureWork Hub, a groundbreaking initiative designed to reimagine how businesses access HR support. Our vision is to harness the potential of cutting-edge technologies like ChatGPT to deliver agile, exceptional value to people and businesses and HR professionals across New Zealand. Currently in our emerging stages, i'm building this innovative hub using Slack.

Yesterday I hosted a successful pilot workshop for 10 HR leaders, where we explored the integration and impact of ChatGPT in HR .
