How do you balance work and life?
I learned how to set my priorities, and always find time for a good rest. You are more productive and positive when you have balance in all spheres of your life. It is not easy, and sometimes I can lose the balance, but overall I manage it quite well in my opinion.
How do you promote gender diversity and inclusion within your company?
In our company, we have almost 50/50 in terms of gender. I appreciate a lot the fact that Revpanda pays lots of attention to equality in all aspects of our work life.
What would be your top career advice for women in business?
As my motto said, do what you love. It could be hard to go through your career path, but I truly believe that all the aspirations pay off in the longtime.
How do you balance work and life?
I can plan my days, even months if I work systematically and efficiently. Working at Revpanda allows you to keep this balance since you are surrounded by people who do the same. As a product owner, one of my duties is to ensure that my team members work in balance according to the project and deadlines. But I work with managers who also help me succeed in this.

Ensuring equality for all team members, regardless of gender, and respecting work-life balance.
What would be your top career advice for women in business?
My advice is to be strong, work efficiently, and respect your teammates, knowing everyone is equal, regardless of gender.
How do you balance work and life?
At Revpanda it is pretty easy to combine work with personal life, hobbies, and travels as the company offers many flexibility opportunities, such as remote work, vacations, and public days off. The main goal of each employee here is reaching the goals rather than strictly having a 9-to-5 schedule.
How do you promote gender diversity and inclusion within your company?
As an HR Manager at Revpanda, one of my main goals is to create a pleasant and friendly environment for every professional who works there, one of the ways how we are pursuing these goals is a transparent and anti-discrimination-based recruitment process as well as companywide equal rights policy, which results in having healthy gender profile, as a fact – 44% of women in the company.
What would be your top career advice for women in business?
Always strive for success and be ready to take on any challenge, do remember though that you don't always need to do things by yourself and your colleagues will be ready and happy to help you to reach a great goal together.
